I had a satisfactory experience with East Coast Insurance Consultants, Inc. The customer service was decent, but there were a few instances where I felt they could have been more attentive. The website was user-friendly, but nothing extraordinary. Overall, they provided me with the coverage I needed, but there's room for improvement. 3/5 stars.
