Unfortunately, the hotel has deteriorated over the years and the standard is getting worse. Meanwhile, people prefer to talk in English with the Indian staff and if you have the misfortune not to live in the main building, there is no room service more. Empty bottles are in the corridors for days and what has excited us the most is that the hotel is supposed to be child-friendly and infants only between 15-16 o'clock the separate children's pool! Achja care for babies / toddlers does not exist! Complaints to the management unfortunately did not work and it felt like a disturber. After 8 years it is enough for us !!!
