This used to be one of my favorite Disney Store (when the world showcase shops are open, Epcot is the best park for shopping, imo). I know it's going through refurbishment right now, but I would prefer if they had shut it down until done. The shell of a store it currently is doesn't compare to a cheap, generic store in my local mall. It feels like someone rented a small grey box, took a few leftover Disney items (like 1/4 or less of what was in Mouse Gear before) and set up shop in the middle of EPCOT. With the already terrible atmosphere given by the construction and removal of things to do, EPCOT itself should be closed until they're done, or only count for half the ticket price.
If there's no wait to get in the store and you aren't visiting any other parks, or Disney Springs, it's worth a few minutes to look. If you just need an EPCOT or Figment souvenir, go to other stalls or shops around the park.
