I recently had the opportunity to work with a company specializing in writing and design. Although the website was user-friendly and informative, there were some aspects of the service that fell short. The team at Aker ink was responsive, but I felt that they could have been more proactive in understanding my requirements. The final deliverables did meet my expectations, but there were a few minor issues that needed to be addressed. Overall, it was an average experience.
