I try to avoid bringing small issues to my PCP at the facility to not over whelm the clinic, but when I do have an issue that is in need of addressing, it is super disappointing to know that I cannot just head to the VA (FHCC) to have these concerns addressed. Case in point, today I called and was unable to obtain an appointment with my provider, but was told to come into the walk-in clinic. I did just that, only to be told 2 hrs later by the Triage RN that they actually don t really have a walk-in clinic and that I needed to have my issue addressed by the ER.

Poor service!
