I had high expectations for my tour with Hawaii tour experts, but unfortunately, it fell short. The tour guide seemed disinterested and lacked enthusiasm. The transportation was uncomfortable, and the tour felt rushed. I was disappointed with the overall experience and expected better from a company with such positive reviews. I won't be booking with Hawaii tour experts again.
