I recently joined Aapes and I am extremely satisfied with my experience so far. The instructors are highly skilled and supportive, and they create a positive and encouraging atmosphere in the classes. I have already seen great progress in my abilities. The facilities are excellent and provide a conducive environment for learning. I would highly recommend Aapes to anyone interested in parkour, exercise, and self-defense!
