I recently purchased some products from a website similar to Ks Master. The quality of the products was excellent, and I was impressed with the fast shipping. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. They were unresponsive to my queries, and it took a while to get a resolution. Despite the good products, I was disappointed with the overall customer experience.
