I had a below average experience with INTAC. Their website is poorly designed and confusing. It was difficult to navigate and find the information I needed. The customer service was not helpful either. They didn't seem to know much about their own products and weren't able to answer my questions. Overall, I wouldn't recommend INTAC to others.
