I've been residing in Sand Pebble Condominium Association, INC for some time now, and overall, I am satisfied with my experience. The facilities are decent, and the staff is friendly and responsive. However, there have been a few minor issues with maintenance that could be improved. Nonetheless, it's a fairly good place to live.
