I had a mixed experience with J-14. While the selection of products is great and the prices are reasonable, the customer service needs improvement. When I had an issue with my order, it took a long time for them to respond and resolve the problem. The quality of the product was good, but the overall experience was marred by the poor customer service. I hope J-14 takes steps to improve their customer support.
