Bought a locker from them and they sold me someone...
Bought a locker from them and they sold me someone else's locker. The staff member tried to fix it by taking their things out until I mentioned that it looks like they're still using the locker. I was then told that none of the staff could fix this problem and that I'll have to contact the membership coordinator dejanay. When I asked if she's around that day I was told "yes, but she's probably too busy to help you right now". Called her number and it goes to voicemail. Doesn't answer my emails. I had to show up at the front desk again just to get her to reply to my email. She then transferred me to another locker which also belong to someone else as it had their things in it. I email her again, and she doesn't respond. Had to go to the front desk multiple times to ask if she's in for the day so I can get this sorted out. Incompetent.
