I had an unexpected need for courier service on short notice. Every aspect of dealing with Washington Express was terrific, from filling out the order online, to speaking with a customer service representative by phone when I had some questions, to follow-up emails that the team pro-actively sent me to make sure I had everything I needed, to the very courteous gentleman who delivered the package to me. I recommend Washington Express highly.
