I've taken my Touareg here for service and recalls for a couple years and always have great experiences. The service team is nice to work with and is always helpful with explaining the work done.

edit (8/18/17): I just purchased a used Audi from Keffer VW, and the sales team was great to work with. It was a very casual environment and a great experience.
