I recently stayed at The Criterion hotels and overall, the experience was average. The website was easy to navigate 👍, but I found it lacking in terms of detailed information about their amenities and services. The customer service was decent 😐, although there were a few instances where my inquiries were not promptly addressed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, but they lacked some basic amenities that I would expect from a hotel in this price range. The location of the hotel was convenient, close to public transportation and popular attractions, which was a definite plus. However, the noise levels from the street were quite noticeable, affecting my sleep quality. In terms of value for money, The Criterion was justifiable, but I would have expected a bit more for the price. Overall, an average experience that could be improved upon.
