I called them in September to change bank accounts...

I called them in September to change bank accounts for withdrawals and they canceled my account after they took payment. They then took payment the next two months even though they claim they didn't. So even though they took payment I had no insurance with them. Thank goodness I wasn't in an accident during this time. The one time I was in an accident in the 5 years with them they seemed decent. But they have slowly raised my rate to the point I couldn't pay them anyway.
