There is no restaurant on site like advertised- asked 5 times and on the last time got told it's been shut for 2months now which really annoyed me as that's the main reason I booked this place for the restaurant on site. Stained sheets and towels- disgusting. Bathroom is old and mouldy. Had to wear jandels in the shower as didnt trust the floor in the shower. Everytime you used the shower head coming from the wall it smelt like really bad fart smell... the shower head coming from the roof would sometimes only let you run hot or cold water straight so not warm at all. Bugs and lizards everywhere- even had cockroaches in the room when I told them the lady said okay . The doors dont even lock properly so had to take valuables with me and when asked about the safe they didnt know the combination for the safe. Aircon in my sons room didnt work when I rung I about it they couldn't understand what I was saying... alot of times when I tried to communicate with them they didn't understand me.Absolute shame that we booked this place as I was really looking forward to relaxing.. hated it.
