The company's website, coastprgroup.com, lacks the user-friendly interface that I look for when navigating a website. The homepage is cluttered with too much information, making it confusing to find the information I need about their services. The overall aesthetic of the website is outdated and could use a modern touch to bring it up to par with their competitors. While their portfolio showcases some impressive clients, I was disappointed by the lack of case studies or detailed examples of their work. It would have been helpful to see concrete evidence of their success stories. The communication with their team was average at best. They were responsive but seemed to lack detailed knowledge about their clients' industries, which made me question their expertise. Overall, my experience with this company was just average, and I believe there are better options available in the market.
