I recently used the services of this company for my data management needs. The website was easy to navigate and provided some helpful information. However, I found the customer service to be quite average. 🤷🏻‍♂️ While they were responsive, I didn't feel like my questions were fully addressed, and the overall experience lacked the personal touch. The pricing was reasonable, but I found the quality of the service to be just okay. I hope they can improve their customer interaction to make clients feel more valued and understood.
