I recently bought some products from their website and I was somewhat impressed by the variety they offer. The website layout is user-friendly and it's easy to navigate to find what I needed. However, I found the customer service to be a bit lacking, as it took them quite a while to respond to my inquiries. 🤔 Additionally, the shipping time was longer than I expected, which was a bit inconvenient. The quality of the products I received was average, but nothing particularly outstanding. Overall, I had an okay experience with them, but there's definitely room for improvement in terms of communication and delivery times. I might consider giving them another try in the future, but I hope to see some improvements.
