They didn't seem to provide professional service and also as a customer, I haven't noticed any kind of help/support or suggestions from their side.
After requesting for a special grade of stainless steel, they told me that it is available and it will be cut shortly to my required dimension.
They wanted to sell me a different grade of stainless steel, a cheaper one, pretending that it was the one I asked for. And all this at a higher price obviously. Luckily I had a sharp eye.
I wasn't satisfied with the service so I left.
Be aware of it!
