I absolutely love Gina Helms. She's helped me out tremendously over the past year and a half. I started going as a senior in high school and now just done with my freshman year of college at the University of Arkansas. I highly recommend for anyone. She is so flexible with my crazy schedule and easy to get in contact with. It does not feel like I'm in "therapy" when I'm with her I just feel like I'm talking with a friend. She genuinely cares about your progress, and your walk with the Lord as well. She challenges you to ask yourself hard questions. She helped me realize therapy is for everyone, and there should not be a stigma. Mental health is COOL!!!
