I recently used the car-sharing service provided by zipcar.com and I must say, it was a pleasant experience. The process of booking a car was straightforward and the rates were quite reasonable. The cars themselves were in good condition and I had no issues during my trip. I appreciate the convenience that Zipcar offers and I would definitely use their services again.
