Their website gerlach.at is user-friendly and easy to navigate. I really liked the simplicity and effectiveness of their design. The company offers a wide range of products and their prices are reasonable. However, I found the customer support to be lacking. They were slow in responding to my queries and it was quite frustrating. Apart from that, I have no major complaints.
