I've been working with Mosaic since switching from another agency I'd been with for more than 25 years. I work with Steve and Irma and what a great team they are. Mosaic started w/ my vehicles and umbrella policies. Then we did my homeowner's policies and have now converted all my multifamily investment property policies as well. Steve and Irma are very responsive, easy to communicate with on time sensitive issues with great follow-up and thoroughness. I really feel like they're on my team as we work to expand our portfolio. Especially helpful is that they always find solutions - something my last agency couldn't do. Earthquake, Commercial, Umbrellas, etc. Mosaic, Steve and Irma have me covered so i can move forward with confidence.
