I ordered two pairs of boots... then got worried because I saw some bad reviews. I needn't have stressed. I spoke to a pleasant young lady called Maria who was very helpful with my queries. My boots arrived earlier than I was expecting and were perfect. I was also happy with the prices. My experience personally was a very good one!!!
