So easy to make an appointment at Kari Toyota. However, no attention, whatsoever, is paid to appointment times. I waited from my 8AM appt. to 11AM and my car hadn't even been started on. I travel an hour to use their services and the service manager knew this. I'm almost to the point of buying a new Toyota - certainly won't be from Kari Toyota! Update: The Service Manager contacted me the day after the original post, and another date/time was set for the work to be done in a timely manner. Thank you to Jeff and Pat, in the service dept., who got this issue resolved.
