I had high hopes for my order, but the experience was not what I expected. The shipping took longer than anticipated and when my items finally arrived, they weren't quite as described. Customer service seemed overwhelmed and it took several attempts to get a clear response. Overall, it felt like I was left in the dark. ⚠️🙁
