I brought my Traverse in for an oil change and when I got it back the check engine light came on, it took me to complete my first survey before they would return my call. They picked up my car from work, which was greatly appreciated, and corrected the issue with the sensor. I left work and went to my house and Walmart. Once I got out of my vehicle I noticed the scratches on the back quarter panel and the plastic piece above the wheel well. I have called several times and spoke with Jamie trying to get this corrected and she has yet to call me back. What do I have to do to get my 2019 Traverse back to the original condition it was before my oil change?
