I have mixed feelings about Vaiex Chile. On one hand, their website is easy to use and the prices are reasonable. However, the quality of their products is lacking. I have had a few instances where the items I received were not as described or were of poor quality. The customer service was helpful in resolving these issues, but it's still frustrating to receive subpar products. I hope Vaiex Chile can address these quality control issues in the future.
