I have been with State Farm Insurance for a while ...

I have been with State Farm Insurance for a while now and they have been an average insurance company. Their customer service is decent and their representatives are generally helpful. However, there have been instances where communication was lacking and I struggled to get the information I needed. Their rates are fair, but I have found better deals with other companies. Their online tools are convenient, but I wish they had more features available. Overall, I would say State Farm Insurance is an okay choice.
