I recently used Creative Travel Center Inc. for a family vacation and I have to say the experience was average. The booking process was smooth and the customer service was decent, but the overall trip did not exceed my expectations. The hotel accommodations were just okay and there were a few hiccups with the transportation. I was expecting more from a company with such a good reputation. Hopefully, they can improve their services in the future.
