We bought carpets for our lounge and bedroom - Colin and his son gave us great advice and very personal service. They fitted the carpets very professionally, and 6 months later, when British Gas had to take up the carpets to find a leak under the floorboards, Colin came around to tack the carpets back into place - no charge, no hassle!
