I had a mixed experience with Logo Travel. While they were prompt in responding to my inquiries and the booking process was smooth, there were a few issues during my trip. The tour guide was not as knowledgeable as I had expected, and there were some miscommunications regarding hotel accommodations. However, the customer service team was quick to resolve these issues, and I appreciate their efforts. It was not a great experience, but it was not terrible either.
