My son was here. I saw the post about Theresa and how she told someone they wished they died (had to do with a covid vaccine) My son had a bad experience with her also. He has stomach issues, needs to take his stomach pill first thing in the morning and they said that he couldn't until the meds are given out. He threw up for 6 days. One day he was so sick from acid reflux, he thought getting cereal or something would cut the acid down in his stomach and he could make it til the meds were given out. Theresa sees him eating and says "well i guess your not that sick if you eating".. No need pembroke respresentatives to comment back on a generic message and say we can talk. My son already filed a complaint and didn't get a response til 4 months later.. and they supposedly took care of it. Theresa is still working there, so does't seem like it worked out at all, she just continues her wrath on the patients.
