Bought a surfboard on Nov. 15 with a delivery of on or about Dec.5 for a Christmas gift. The delivery date kept moving later and later and I already paid. Finally arrived on January 21 and I decided we no longer want the board. I'm told no refunds after 30 days and that started on Nov. 15. How can you have 30 days to return an item but you don't provide the product within the 30 days! Owner then changed the refund policy on the site from "30 days from when you receive the product" to "30 days from purchase".

Edited 1/29: Thank you for the refund, I demanded a refund based on the lack of clarity of your return policy, I apologize if it affects your business but when it clearly stated "30 days from the time you receive the product" I would imagine that pertains to all products purchased on the website, if I knew I had a smaller window I would not have waited so long.
