With this short review I would like to tell my experience with the Tuscan mortgage and in particular with Mr. Marco Ziguri. Everything stems from a very long waiting time caused by another colleague of his who is part of another credit brokerage company. After months of waiting that lead to a negative outcome for the loan from me and my partner requested, now disillusioned and embittered, we called the agency to withdraw our purchase proposal for the property. The real estate agent told me that he could introduce us to another credit intermediary (Marco Ziguri) to be able to evaluate our case. Having said and done thanks to him, in less than 2 weeks we had the income resolution for the mortgage and after some ups and downs we arrived at the much hoped-for final result of the purchase of our house.
