Thought I was going to have the weekend from Hell....

Thought I was going to have the weekend from Hell. Our well went out and of course we had no water. Called these guys really close to closing time on a Friday. I was fully expecting to just get on their schedule for the next week. They told me they'd have somebody out shortly since we didn't have any water. Turned out that our sub pump went bad.(not an easy job) Again I was totally surprised when they offered to change it on the spot, so we could have water for the weekend. These guys changed the pump in zero degree weather with a wind chill of god only knows what. I kept apologizing for having them out in such cold conditions. They just smiled and replied, Don't worry about it, it's our job. For years I've heard nothing but good things about these guys and now I know first hand why. They are the real deal, hard to find nowadays.
