I had a very disappointing experience with Nyborg Kimberly S. The product I received was of poor quality and didn't match the description on their website. The customer service was unresponsive and unhelpful when I raised a complaint. It took several weeks and multiple follow-ups to get a refund. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
