As a loyal customer of Circle Diamond B, I must say that their service is average. I have been purchasing from them for the past couple of years and while their products are good, their customer service can use improvement. The website is easy to navigate, but the response time for inquiries or issues is quite slow. I hope they can work on improving their customer support.
