My wife and I originally visited this dealer because we had a lease we obtained from the Jeep dealer in Grapevine. Out intentions orginally were to see what the options were for turning in our lease Renegade early. We called and were transferred to Markous Williams, he was very professional and friendly over the phone, he asked to schedule a time to come in to see what are options were and so we did.
When we walked in, they were very friendly and were met almost instantly by Markous, he asked what we were looking to do with our lease and got to work on it immediately. It didn't take long until we found out that it wasn't worth us trading in the Jeep and were sort of in a bind because we were reaching our lease mile limits. So we asked if they had any preowned vehicles within our price range? He said they would definitely see what they could do to help us out. Markous showed us about 4 cars that would fit out budget and were in good conditions plus were very good on the gas mileage. We were a little concerned about been approved since we had recently purchased a house and didn't know if we would qualify or be able to find a car within our budget.
We ended walking out with a nice 2016 Volvo SUV, low miles, completely hassle free within 3 hours.
We were so satisfied and surprised because the experience we had at the other Jeep in Grapevine was just horrendous!!! These guy here at Jeep Denton were just great, they were all just on the same page and didn't push us at all. We had a few things we needed to take care on the car but Markous was always easy to reach and helpful.
I recommend this dealer to anyone looking for a friendly and helpful car buying experience. They will take care of you for sure.

I must add, the entire staff are great, management and even the guys that work on the repairs!!!
