I recently attended an event catered by a company specializing in Dutch food concepts and I was blown away by the quality of the food. From the moment I tasted their poffertjes, I knew I was in for a treat. The mini pancakes were light, fluffy, and cooked to perfection. As I made my way through the event, I couldn't resist stopping at their stroopwafel station. The sweet, caramel-filled waffles were addictively good. I even went back for seconds!
