I recently started pilates classes at Cardea Pilates and I'm thrilled with the experience so far. The instructors are professional, friendly, and create a supportive atmosphere. The studio is well-equipped and maintained. I'm already feeling improvements in my strength and flexibility. I highly recommend Cardea Pilates!
