I recently boarded my dog at a pet resort and it was a decent experience. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. However, I felt that my dog didn't get as much exercise and playtime as I had hoped for. The updates and photos they provided were nice, but overall, the experience was just average. I may consider trying a different pet resort next time.
