I had a mediocre experience with Operation Underdog Rescue. While their intentions are noble, I felt that they lacked proper organization and communication throughout the adoption process. There were delays and confusion, which left me feeling frustrated. However, I do appreciate the work they do in rescuing animals and giving them a second chance at a loving home.
