The quality of the work was excellent but the color matching to existing wood was terrible.
A sample of the new wood along with the wood to be matched was provided three weeks in advance. No preparations were done on their part (they tried to match the day the work began)., After it was applied, there was no undoing it. The owner "felt bad" but offered little in the way of compromise. Considering how this was one of the focal points of the room, I was very disappointed in the outcome. I would not recommend them for this purpose.
