Horrible experience all 3 times I ve been there. First time wait wasn t horrible for being busy but everyone was so rude. Second time I waited almost 4 hours before leaving finally and they didn t call anyone back for over an hour at one point. Third time I went at 3 am and was the first and only person there. I waited 45 minutes before finally talking to the guy at the desk who told me people are dying we ll call you when we have room . So I asked if he even had any open beds and he said no. So I left and went to UC emergency room and they got me in a room within 15 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous. The guy was so rude- he could have told me that they didn t have openings and to expect a wait. I would have went somewhere else- it s an ER I understand that they might be busy in the middle of the night but it s something they should relay to you if they actually cared about patient care. I told him I was heading to another hospital and he just said okay bye without even looking at me. Don t waste your time here.
