If this is the so called pinnacle of all finance first branches it clearly deserves a zero rating. After 11 years as a loyal member I must say its time to say goodbye. Equipment is outdated and rarely maintained, used wipes/plates scattered all over the floor. Staff do not adhere to covid regulations e.g staff enforce its members to use towels alternatively when staff train towels are not used. Temp checks are rarely performed, clearly a breach of covid government standards. 1 month post cancellation I am still being charged which is quite disappointing. Also on a few occasions I have noticed a staff member acting as a peeping pom during private time in the shower which has made me feel quite awkward. (Photo attached) People please think twice before signing over your finances.
