My experience with Ftlo travel was average. The website was easy to use, but the customer service could have been better. I encountered some issues during the booking process, and it took longer than expected to get them resolved. However, once everything was sorted out, the trip itself was enjoyable. Overall, I would consider using Ftlo travel again, but I hope they improve their customer service.
