I had a mixed experience with Dakkak Insurance. On one hand, their rates were affordable and the online quote process was easy. However, their customer service was lacking. I had to wait on hold for a long time whenever I called and the representatives were not very knowledgeable. Overall, I would consider other options before choosing Dakkak Insurance.
